Think you have what it takes to join our ranks?

Why not find out! Have a read of the FAQ’s listed below. If you are eligible and have a passion for singing, we want to hear from you!

If you wish to audition, please contact us and we will invite you along to a few rehearsals.

When are auditions held?

We have now changed our audition process so that potential choir members no longer have to wait until the end of the year to audition.

As part of our audition process we like to invite prospective members to sit in on a couple of our rehearsals to get a feel for the choir, our repertoire, and the way we work. This gives you an opportunity to ask any questions beforehand and see up close if Town Hall Gospel Choir is the right choir for you.

Once you have done this, we will arrange an audition time that is mutually convenient for both you and us. If successful, there is a monthly membership fee and we will give you more detail of this at the time..

Rehearsals are Sundays 15:00-18:00 and/or Tuesdays 18:30pm-21.00.

What if I don’t get an audition?

If you are unable to secure an audition slot, you will be placed onto our waiting list and you will be among the first contacted on the next round of auditions.

I am not a Christian, can I still audition?

Of course, Town Hall Gospel Choir is a community choir. We accept singers from all backgrounds, ethnicities and religions.

I am 17 years old, can I audition?

Unfortunately not. Once you turn 18, please come back and you will be given the opportunity to audition.
